When live requests are open
The form collects your name, email, optional phone, property ZIP, property type, project area, approximate size, reason for removal, timing, and optional notes. Do not include medical, financial, insurance, or other sensitive documents. We do not request a street address at this stage.
Use and sharing
The information is used to review your request, respond about that project, and—with the permission requested on the form—share necessary details with a relevant independent service provider. Providers may pay for referrals. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list or authorize unrelated promotional messages.
Storage and retention
The current email delivery service is FormSubmit. Project and contact messages are sent through that service to the site operator’s private mailbox. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Email copies remain in the operator’s mailbox until removed by the operator. You can request deletion using the contact form; email copies are not subject to an automatic website retention timer. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy. A provider receiving your details has its own practices, which you should ask it to explain. The site does not publish requests or expose a public lead directory.
Spam protection and hosting
Cloudflare hosts this site. Forms use server-side validation, request limits, and a hidden spam field. These services process technical connection information under their policies. The application uses a hash of the connection IP for short-term request limiting and does not forward the raw IP with the project details. Hosting and email-delivery services may process technical connection data under their own policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Campaign information
If present, campaign source, medium, campaign name, and the landing page path may be saved with a request. Only those fields are used; full referring URLs and arbitrary query parameters are not stored in the lead record. Optional session storage remembers these campaign fields while you navigate. The site includes no advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.
Requests about your data
Use the contact form to contact the operator about an intake record and include only your request reference and the action requested. Include your request reference when asking to access, correct, or delete an intake record. Do not send additional sensitive information.
